Ashley Clarke is the Owner of Fringe Collective, Master Stylist & Educator. Stephanie Rittenhouse is a Master Stylist, Curly & Short Hair Specialist. Laura Hincapie is a Hair colorist & Operations Manager who helps oversees the salons day to day logistics. Pearl Commodore is a hairstylist who specializes in transformations, barber cuts and building relationships with her clients.
