Cancellation Policy

We kindly request any appointment changes be made no later than 72 hours before your appointment by texting the salon directly at +1 (434) 327-2062. Please note that we do not accept missed calls and/or voicemails as appointment change requests, only text please!

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be subject to a $100 rebooking fee.

No text/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be subject to a $100 rebooking fee.

A note about late arrivals: please be advised that you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more that 15 minutes late - cancellation fees will apply.
